What is a Postpartum Doula?

April 16, 2024 by nadxiieli Leave a Comment

First comes pregnancy, then comes birth, then comes postpartum!

Postpartum is the period after a mother has given birth.

The postpartum period can be a very testing time and a beautiful time all at the SAME time! This is when a postpartum doula is helpful.

A postpartum doula not only helps support the infant stages of motherhood but postpartum doulas are also known for providing food, achieving household duties, and emotional care.
